[changed] _bev to bev, changed main food and beverage pcs_hydra variables to add/reduce 50% of total above 100 points, to simulate saturation (I'm too dumb to work out 50% reduction in stats above 100).

[added] More thirst stats, more diner drinks, changed kvass to coffee, hide energy/thirst/sleep status when cheat enabled, alcohol now dehydrates, thirst capped at 200 (same as food), price change for the city bar x10 (no more 5ru/0.08us vodka and beer) to be more in-line with the rest of the game.
