[added/changed] Implemented the new sms schedule system for the band tour and the nerd game night invites, which moved the schedule from `hourly_events` to `cikl` (and technically `stat`). Made some layout updates. Added a fourth option to the nerd game invite, allowing for the option to skip a week and quit entirely

[added/fixed] Fixed the bug I introduced by having too many arguments to the `AddContact` function in `telefon`. Did this by splitting off the `SetCallSchedule` and `SetSMSSchedule` functions. Added support for checking the SMS schedule

[added] SMS messages now store replies in a seperate variable. This means that the SMS message does not have to be rebuild after every reply, also opening up the way for randomly chosen messages.
