Announcing the start of the long awaited Ballet content, this is the start of integrating Hooded Silence's mod into the core game. It is not fully linked into the game areas and things will likely break until it is fully integrated. [Added] Refactored the NPC information into a seperate location, putting everyting into a central location which can be easily edited. The journal locations can obtain the information through a simple function call (gs 'journal_NPC_information', NPC_CODE, other vars). Added NPC journal content relating to pavschool students after the first year.
