Changed NPC Health to be a Calculated Stat. Calculation method can be changed in one place and affect all NPCs. Can be overridden if desired.

Reduce Combat spell Damage and Shielding. Spells are no longer one-shot kills, unless opponent is weak. Shielding no longer makes you completely invulnerable on a single casting.

Fixed several Timer related bugs. Added ability to override name on NPC in case you want to use multiples of the same kind. Added randomized portraits for several NPC types. Made several NPC type slightly randomized in Stats. Added Initiative (Timer) to Stats Print.
