[fixed] various minor formatting issues, incorrect variables, redundant ends, incorrect GT locations and spelling, commented out some unused ends, and missing actions in shoplifting, sentence, police_station.
[changed] shoplifting to only show in torgcentr as that is the only currently available event.
[added] a small message to let you know something is happening during your shoplifting escape.
