[Added] Refactored the NPC information into a seperate location, putting everyting into a central location which can be easily edited. The journal locations can obtain the information through a simple function call (gs 'journal_NPC_information', NPC_CODE, other vars). Added NPC journal content relating to pavschool students after the first year.

The great Liam name change to Pushkin. File name change to make the location easier to find under Pushkin which is how it's referred in-game, all image names remain the same as do their paths. Liamel Café remains the same in display name, but filename has changed. Location transition testing completed, but quests require further testing to ensure no bugs.
