[added/changed] Implemented the new sms schedule system for the band tour and the nerd game night invites, which moved the schedule from `hourly_events` to `cikl` (and technically `stat`). Made some layout updates. Added a fourth option to the nerd game invite, allowing for the option to skip a week and quit entirely

[added/fixed] Fixed the bug I introduced by having too many arguments to the `AddContact` function in `telefon`. Did this by splitting off the `SetCallSchedule` and `SetSMSSchedule` functions. Added support for checking the SMS schedule

[added] SMS messages now store replies in a seperate variable. This means that the SMS message does not have to be rebuild after every reply, also opening up the way for randomly chosen messages.

[added] SMStext_builder. A much simpler to use method of building an SMS. No more screwing around with tons of variables and confusing names. Now packaged together for ease of use!

[Added] code for SMS events from Anushka when she and the band are touring between june and august 2017. Event written by Nutluck. New variables are also created, most notably gopnikbandQW['on_tour'] which tracks when the entire band is away on tour.
