Changed the way chore disappointment works a bit, and finished adding grandpa's. Added disappointment talk. Also cleaned up a few minor things.

Overhaul to the way grandparent chores work. Most chores must now be 'turned in' before they are considered complete. Also added guide text to stat_display, and made it to where not helping your grandparents for 3+ days will negatively affect your allowance.

More states for chore variables. New chores for grandparents. Chores must be "turned in" when complete. Rearranged some conversation flow with grandparents. Changed Grandpa's mushroom/berry chore to not be automatically completed as soon as walking in the house.
