[added] New possibilities for hanging out with the coolkids and the jocks at the pav beach during the summer and on Sundays. By nutluck. Made it such that Katja, Vicky and Igor cannot be encontered at home while they are at the beach. For that I had to amke schadules for Katja and Igor.

[fixed/changed] Unified the limitation checks on social group values and moved them all to cikl. Also slightly lowered the cost of saying no or joining an other group, and made sure these actually stick and not being over written by the limit checks.

[Changed] To make the system remember if you wore underwear before changing into swimwear and then stripping I¡ve had to ensure underwear is stripped first so it can check for worn swimwear. To that end I've added a short function that strips both. Only found an existing and similar function I could have adapted in 'shortgs' too late
