[changed] Default school uniform still had some of old system where it just changed the clothes and not the rest of outfit based on last worn uniform. Now uses and merged with sports with option to change in to it everywhere sports option is seeded.

[Code Refactor] Move repeated header commands to a new module - home_family_init to help reduce code bloat and standardise locations in preparation for pet integration. Any commands that affects multiple rooms should be routed through the init file. Migrated to the set_stage function for location banners and have variables managing location for base images in home_family_init.

Revert "Ballet content is now active, you need to start in summer as a dancer. Journal needs to be updated with way markers, but slowly going through the code bug fixing. Image paths still need to be fixed which will be the next update alongside content additions. *Note* Whilst you can start Starlets these are exclusionary storylines and you have the option to gracefully leave the Starlets."
