[fixed] pcs_butt is now properly dynamical. It will be overhauled in the future, but for now it actually (finally) works. The intros now use the correct genetic butt values to get the indicated pcs_butt at normal body weight

The first migration of variables to a single arrange, all variables will be migrated to $mc_inventory and transition from a Russian/English mix to pure English to make it easier to track and debug variables within game code. The following variables have been migrated and will require bug testing to catch the edge case.

[fixed/changed] Fixed the npc relationship setting at all starts. So all npc's start with reletionship value 30, and is then modified. Nomore npc's with rel value 0, christina can now be certain tha she is the one hating Sveta the most at start.
