[Changed] To make the system remember if you wore underwear before changing into swimwear and then stripping I¡ve had to ensure underwear is stripped first so it can check for worn swimwear. To that end I've added a short function that strips both. Only found an existing and similar function I could have adapted in 'shortgs' too late

[Fixed] The Albina storyline so that the starlets disband properly, regardless if the player joined them. Posters should display at the proper times, park rallies no longer require watching in order for content to cointinue.
