[Code Refactor] Move repeated header commands to a new module - home_family_init to help reduce code bloat and standardise locations in preparation for pet integration. Any commands that affects multiple rooms should be routed through the init file. Migrated to the set_stage function for location banners and have variables managing location for base images in home_family_init.

[changed/added] renamed train_functions to transport_functions, migrated `Trainpass_day` to a variable array. Added a train_events location, added a daily and yearly train pass. Loads of migrations between existing files to group the actual train stuff better together.

Announcing the start of the long awaited Ballet content, this is the start of integrating Hooded Silence's mod into the core game. It is not fully linked into the game areas and things will likely break until it is fully integrated.
