[Added] katja can now be interacted with at uni. Includes a first meet in class, the possibility to do homework with her and earn relationship point, be invited to her dorm room with a new first sex scene, and basic interactions in her dorm room includes access to the repeatable sex scenes.

[fixed/changed] Updated old function for accessing the uni_dorm to using home_owned[11] = 1 or or university['student'] = 1. SInce it seems the old version were causing people not being able to enter the university dorms.
