Many responses are cleared before you can read them

When you cast a spell, there is supposed to be some text giving hints on success or failure, such as heal wounds, cosmetica, etc...

But the "CLOSE ALL", "clr", or "cla" commands of the next area clears that text.

This issue happens a lot of places, here are some samples:

act 'Go looking for the dress':

After clicking on that action, you are looking at your home, wondering where to go looking for a dress. Reading the code, I see that it had already been acquired. If there was another act 'Go Home' before "gt 'din_npc', 'go_home'", then that would have been obvious.

Another spot is after a date with a generic boyfriend, you can Kiss him goodnight, or Say goodnight. Then a lot of checks are made, some stats changed, and text is supposed to be displayed to show the result of those checks and changes, but all you see is the result from "gt 'din_npc', 'go_home'"
