After going to bed on Friday evening Sveta always wakes up on Sunday right after midnight, skipping Saturdays entirely.

Happens as of current master (01129f8b98)

That happens when you don't set your alarm clock for the weekend. Just do that and you'll be fine.

OK, I'll try but is it normal that she sleeps for more than 24 hours if the "sleep" indicator value is around 60 when going to bed?

Its not "normal" but its not something we have worked out how to fix. Its damned annoying.
