This PR alters all of Natasha B.'s pregnancy code to follow the Pregnancy speed up cheat. It uses the same logic as the cheat in order to make the cheat apply to Nat's pregnancy.

This is the cheat for Sveta's pregnancy. It can't be used for others as it would do both and that may well not be desirable for the player.
