Reduce Combat spell Damage and Shielding. Spells are no longer one-shot kills, unless opponent is weak. Shielding no longer makes you completely invulnerable on a single casting.

Fixed several Timer related bugs. Added ability to override name on NPC in case you want to use multiples of the same kind. Added randomized portraits for several NPC types. Made several NPC type slightly randomized in Stats. Added Initiative (Timer) to Stats Print.

Added new Fight algorithm that will have NPCs casting spells if needed. Made all Fight components handle arbitrary numbers of Opponents and Allies instead of just max 3.
