[changed] removed the study for an hour option from the library, since it had nothing to do with studying for school, and was just an inferior way to earn inteligence exp compared to reading an science book.

[changed] You can now only earn half the daily points (5) with a soicalgroup by being freinds with the npc's in the group, rest have to be earned by wearing clothes they like and acting like you belong in the group. Added more options to earn points with the jocks by doing sport in Pav wearing the right outfits.

[changed] Moved the calculation of derived exp from skill gain to exp_gain from stat_sklattrib daycall to ensure addition when the skill is at maximum level. The actual addition of the exp is still done in the daycall of stat_sklattrib but it is much simpler now.
