[changed] added `$event_curr_aisle` field to `item_stock_db`, using this you can attach events to an item, reintroduces Luda events back to `pav_pharmacy`, these events need fixing before the release, they work but not exactly as they should; also items with no name are now skipped, assumed uninitialized, allows you to remove an item from the db without having to renumber other items
