[added] New attibutes for training "bodybuilder" strength and for a bigger butt. Changed the apperance calculation and body picture selection to take the new strength pluss varibale into account.

[changed] the exp gained from using the gs 'exercise', 'teir*' will now alos go through the new exp_gain file, these changes the parameter in the exercise calls from name_exp to just name.

[changed] Updated the exercise gosub to use the time argument to calculate exp gain, fat burn and so on. Changed all looping of gs 'exercise', 'tier*', 0 to use the total time as argument. Reversed the fat burn of the tiers,and other small fixes.
