[changed] flash now stores its generated text in flashVars, and using option 2 will allow you to set the flash text before the arousal call (the action itself) with `$flash_text[0]` and after the arousal call (the getting clothed) with `$flash_text[1]`. This is relevant w.r.t. the blackmailer content. Delegated the church and carwash flashing to rely more on the flash system

[changed/fixed] Added options to use the gs 'flash' with out standard text or picture, replace the picture or only showing the random picture. Also fixed an flashing event in central park using these new options.

[edit] I changed all the maximum values in the random calls to variables for future adaptability. If new images get added it'll only require these variables to be raised.
