[changed] Added SchoolAtestat = 0 to some places that only used kankuli = 0 to open om content that is dependent of the character being in school. There are probably more places that need to be added.

[fixed/changed] Changed it such that if you balckmail Petka to always do your homework, he will do anyhomeowkr you have not done yourself before Sunday night. That way you will still be able to do homework if you want to, which can be important for advancing some quests.
