[UI improvements and bug fixes] New UI feedback system being trialled for not wearing the right clothing in gyms, and to give feedback in ballet for school assessment. Mixed variable types resolved, and file migration completed in qproj.

[Bug Fixes / Content Additions] All npc names and attributes bugs should now be fixed. New event for communal room - initial content for the introduction night to the ballet girls. Lowered the requirements for custom start to be in line with dancer start level. Resolved inability to walk around or leave communal halls in non-sports clothing.
