[fixed/changed] Fixed the npc relationship setting at all starts. So all npc's start with reletionship value 30, and is then modified. Nomore npc's with rel value 0, christina can now be certain tha she is the one hating Sveta the most at start.

[added] The possibility to call a realtionship modification with two extra arguments, on a number and the other a string identifier, such that call with that identifier will not apply modificatons to realtionsship more times a day thatn the number.

2ff1cb97dd
[change/added] More new cool kid chats from Nutluck, including new Marcus chat to set up opcoming Katja Marcus virginity scene. The is not acceisble yet since the varibale triggering it are not set yet. Also added checks in npc_ralationship to make sure relationship wit Dimka and Christina wont change when they should not.
