[changed] Willpower now has "chore" option for things that would be misc and should not increase the willpower max. So far this is paying attention in school/uni and homework checks. Plus decreased the gains top max willpower from passing willpower checks

[Added] katja can now be interacted with at uni. Includes a first meet in class, the possibility to do homework with her and earn relationship point, be invited to her dorm room with a new first sex scene, and basic interactions in her dorm room includes access to the repeatable sex scenes.
