[added] Added book loaning to the pav, city, and uni. Since currently only fantasy books are implemented to be read at home, so can only fantasy books be loaned. Books can be loaned for 2 weeks, after which a debt of ₽50 per day that a book is returned too late.

[Added] katja can now be interacted with at uni. Includes a first meet in class, the possibility to do homework with her and earn relationship point, be invited to her dorm room with a new first sex scene, and basic interactions in her dorm room includes access to the repeatable sex scenes.

[Added] The exams and studying for the exams for the first semester at uni. Still missing is an update to cikl that wil register if you actually pass the semester or not, which will come later. But since we don't have a second semester yet it don't really matter that much.
