[added] initial seeding for $menu_loc, $menu_arg, menu_off variables (please use proper location names). Menu exit point is still $loc, $metka until sufficiently seeded, but menu_off is functional (turn off during events, and turn back on when returning to main areas).

[changed] brothel earnings are now 50% (still really high).5% increase in chance of being abducted when alko +6. Added some clr, cla, and gs 'stat' Can now be abducted when simply sitting at the bar and "wasted", no need to keep drinking beyond "wasted".

[changed] Now there's something to do when returning from the party drunk and horny in Gad. Changed bandit, when Sveta is very drunk, it is now easier to interact with bandit. Once she sobers up, it's not so easy.
