[changed/added New way to open Igor's house by being his freind and ot her small changes to his quest by Nutluck. So revisions of his old code which includes moving his disco stufff from old dynamics to gs, which should frree up savegame space, and adding code for things that aparently never have been done before.

[change/added] More new cool kid chats from Nutluck, including new Marcus chat to set up opcoming Katja Marcus virginity scene. The is not acceisble yet since the varibale triggering it are not set yet. Also added checks in npc_ralationship to make sure relationship wit Dimka and Christina wont change when they should not.
