[changed] korrpar: mother only kicks Sveta out of home for school expulsion if relationship is below 40. Relationship is set to 0 every time you get a warning, so it's still tough.

[added] initial seeding for $menu_loc, $menu_arg, menu_off variables (please use proper location names). Menu exit point is still $loc, $metka until sufficiently seeded, but menu_off is functional (turn off during events, and turn back on when returning to main areas).
