Bugfix for 1.3.0

- Fixed mixed up logic when meeting park dog (thanks, isel & lumepanter!)
- Added *clr & cla when leaving park dog should be the only option (thanks Vargh!)
- Also changed the default dick sizes for some of the NPCs. Would only show up on new games, not sure how much this will impact the game.

First new content
This release brings the first addition of new content: park dog. Also, some bugs have been fixed. Note that this release will probably still be chock full of bugs I haven't seen. Please report any you do find. [Probably incomplete] change log below:
- Park dog now shows up, and always shows up, in any park between 20:00 and 6:00. Plan is to make him show up only with a random chance.
- You can only interact with him once right now. Make sure you have a sandwich with you.
- Nothing else is special about him, just sets some things up for later.
- With the clinic experiments content moving to a mod, the park dog will be the key NPC to enabling pregnancy by dogs.
- There was a bug introduced a few commits ago which prevents the pet dog from surprising the PC in bed, and prevents the lake dog from showing up. That has been fixed.
- Added bandit horny cheat to settings menu, lots of text fixes (thanks Vargh!)
- Lots of under the hood kinds of changes
- Probably other things that I forgot :)

v1.2.1-alpha Test release
Bug fixes:
- Fixed location not found in the kitchen and living room locations in both apartments
- Fixed unknown action when meeting Rex
- Using settings menu provided by 3xpurt's new code. Needs a new version of Girl Life to see. The old settings link is still in the status window but will return a location not found right now.
Also reorganized qproj file
