Replaced old variables with new, Streamlined Mira interactions, replaced dynamics with gosub arguments, Corrected Mira's father's name - it was the Greek version, not the Russian, set Mira's, Mitka's and Afanasiy's birthdays and updated/corrected static data.

Fixed issue where drinking with local would cycle endlessly until midnight breaking location. This is a band-aid fix, Needs rewriting to eliminate dynamic calls for entire quest.
