[changed] Willpower now has "chore" option for things that would be misc and should not increase the willpower max. So far this is paying attention in school/uni and homework checks. Plus decreased the gains top max willpower from passing willpower checks

[changed] Added some code to the attending drivers lessons so that you can't try to do more then on lesson each day, (which you allready could not) and changed the text when it is the teast and not just a class.
