To run Dialogger, you'll need to use nwjs.

For that, just extract nwjs anywhere and drop all the files from the dialogger folder on it. Your structure should be:

-- nwjs/
---- nwjs/nw.exe
---- nwjs/package.json

So all the dialogger files should just be right up there.
