[changed] Changed such that you cannot seduce Martin until after his 10th talk, instead of 9th. This is because it is his 11th talk that is the follow up to having sex, hence it seemed strange to have normal conversation with him between having sex the reaction to the sex. Also some of the things said in talk 10 does not make much sense if you already have had sex.

[Changed/fixed] An event at the city lake could leave in the city residential district apartment even if you do not live there. Fixed this an added some alternative responses. Also changed some of the wording in the follow up scene, such that it actually uses the names of the guys given in the first scene, instead of calling them a man and another man.
