#256 [Added] Random events + atmospheric strip club

I added a few new random events in street_events.qsrc. For this to work "sharkdress.mp4" in "images/locations/shared/street" has to be renamed to "sharkdress1.mp4" (line 824). I also made the strip club a bit more atmospheric, adding some background sound and new images, while also changing the opening hours from 18-2 to 18-4. Not sure about changing closing time but its not my call. Have sent DM to Veng and will reverse it if he tells me to. Otherwise all good and thank you!
