#1 Build file for windows

Added simple batch file to build on Windows, also had to change the order in .qproj file, txt2gam stops building after "mod_bestmod" any location after this is not built into the QSP file, no idea why, but it works this way, please check if it affects you in any way.

I haven't had the txt2gam issue you describe, but it doesn't look like it will hurt. Accepting, and thanks!
