Announcing the start of the long awaited Ballet content, this is the start of integrating Hooded Silence's mod into the core game. [Added] Refactored the NPC information into a seperate location, putting everyting into a central location which can be easily edited. The journal locations can obtain the information through a simple function call (gs 'journal_NPC_information', NPC_CODE, other vars). Added NPC journal content relating to pavschool students after the first year.
